00:00I recently made a video on how you can calculate subtotal on your data set
00:03table here, but someone had inquired if you can do it purely using a keyboard. So
00:08I took up a challenge. First you're gonna select the whole data set table by
00:11pressing ctrl A and then after that you're gonna press alternate HFDSK and
00:17hit enter. This is gonna select all the blank spaces. You're gonna press the
00:20keyboard equal and then press up and then press ctrl enter to populate all
00:25your blank spaces. Now press ctrl A again to select your
00:29data set table again. Now you press alternate A, Z, O, B and then this will
00:34come up with a subtotal menu here and then you're gonna press tab five times one
00:38two three four five and hit enter and then you are done and to navigate up and
00:43down press ctrl down to go all the way down and ctrl up to go all the way up.
