01:10were the fastest through qualifying they will really fancy their chances here around an area under 20
01:16record in round one can they beat it 43 44 there's Jamaica Terralonga a big big name Douglas as well
01:28we know how the championship has gone for her those two silver medals
01:33she will want to make sure that she takes home a goal today well Nigeria go in lane three
01:40and it's a very similar line to what they had in the heats and my quote sisters moved apart onto

06:19it didn't look Douglas was the difference at the end
06:22wasn't she for Jamaica so those silver medals the two silver medals go into a bronze
06:27Australia made a very very poor change from two to three
06:32the lead runner went couldn't get to Grace Crowe so it was tapered to Crowe
06:38they blew their chance there they were in the mix
06:40Switzerland had a mighty lead on the last leg
06:43but Douglas with two silver medals on the 100 and 200 has stormed home to win
06:48and she ran that last leg in 10-0-4 it was absolutely magnificent Switzerland have massively outperformed themselves there
07:00they started to pull up and pull away round the second bend and there are tears
07:07two silver medals from the Belgians who can't believe it not only the bronze but a national
07:12under 20 record as well
07:14Douglas absolutely flew down that home straight two silvers she's finished runner-up in those epic
07:23duels with Mia Maxwell but all gold on the last day for Douglas heartache for Nigeria we never got to
07:32see as a
07:33running that anchor leg but Douglas has performed brilliantly over the five days
07:39and the Jamaicans deserve it they were a class apart
07:42Terra Longa had a super leg down the back she took a lot of ground off the Australians at that
07:47point
07:47they went from probably second to first at that change
07:50and Rosie they put the pressure on the Australians and the Aussies have actually done an incredible job to run
07:56fourth in 44-01
07:57they lost an insurmountable amount of ground on that change great performance by the Swiss are in a gold medal
08:04position for much of that race
08:05but once you saw the lineups Rob once you saw who Jamaica put in you felt like they were going
08:12to be so hard to beat
08:14it was eye-catching because Douglas had a point to prove and she did it brilliantly
08:19and all credit to her because she behaved with exemplary sportsmanship despite her disappointment at losing over her best distance
08:26to Maxwell who did the double last night great finish for the Jamaicans and a wonderful medal for the Belgians
08:32so Rosie they've won eight now the Jamaicans eight of these and the last four
08:37they've sort of claimed their own so Phil got a great start for the Australians she was the
08:42front runner and you'll see Jamaica here down the back straight they take wonderful ground off
08:47and here's the trouble with the Australians look at this wait wait wait wait wait wait bang they've gone from
08:51in front to well behind
08:53but this was the big moment here so Douglas had some chasing to do real chasing to do she's two
08:59three meters behind the Swiss runner at the top of the straight
09:02she was second of the hundred she was second of the 200 and she reels them in and then Rosie
09:07she streaks away doesn't she to that very fast time
09:11yeah she certainly does that was brilliant it really really was very pleased for Douglas to come out on top
09:17at the end of the championships
09:19it has been regardless of the fact that she'll be disappointed with a couple of silvers
09:23still a very strong few days for the Jamaican
09:26I mean to have two silvers behind Mia Maxwell and have a gold medal there to share with your teammates
