00:06Case will be heard in courtroom now used by Judge Pendleton. The trial of Leo M. Frank on July 28th
00:12will be held on the first floor in the Old City Hall building at the corner of South Pryor and
00:17East Hunter Streets. Solicitor Dorsey, Judge L.S. Roan, and court attaches formally decided upon
00:24this room as the proper place to conduct the trial. The courtroom designated is at present
00:29occupied by Judge John T. Pendleton of the Motion Division of Superior Court. Judge Pendleton
00:35will adjourn his court for the summer on July 12th and the place will be unoccupied when
00:40the Frank trial is called. This courtroom is the one which was occupied by Superior Court
00:45Judge Thomas when he was here conducting criminal court for several weeks last fall.
