00:09In a statement today, Anwar's medical team said the procedure was carried out smoothly under the supervision of a team

00:19The team's leader, Dr. Azri Ranga Abdullah Ramayah, said Anwar is undergoing physiotherapy

00:25and remains under specialist supervision to ensure a smooth recovery.

00:30Anwar, who turned 79 today, has a history of shoulder and back problems.

00:36He was hospitalized for shoulder and back pain in 2018 and cancelled a trip to Pahang last November after back
