00:00I remember when the script was sent to me and I was reading through it and not
00:05not getting most of it because I hadn't seen anything else and we get to the
00:08magic shop and I knew that I was going to be a wizard because I had a costume
00:12fitting but I didn't know anything about what it was going to be. What I see in
00:16the script is Will Wheaton and Bert have an epic fireball fight and I took a
00:21picture of it and I texted that picture to Bill and I just said thank you. We had
00:26so much fun. Tom the visual effects supervisor and Brian and I really went
00:31through blocking and coordinating this entire fight sequence and it was about
00:36like well how do you tease the fireball up in your hand and how do you shape the
00:40fireballs in your hand. For a particular kind of nerd it's a really big deal to be
00:45a wizard throwing a fireball and to see it and to see that like I look so much
00:52cooler than I've ever looked ever in my entire life. I mean it was just really
00:57really fun and a real fun Easter egg detail that I asked for that Val did on my
01:03costume. The character that I play in Felicia Day's series The Guild is Fox. He's
01:08the leader of their rival guild. Felicia and I wrote a comic book together about him
01:13and on the cover there's this really cool artwork that is Fox in a
01:19wizard's robe with all these glowing wounds on it so Val said do you have any
01:23requests for your costume and I said if you could put some wounds down the sides
01:26of the cloak that would be really cool and she said yeah we know a 3d printing
01:30guy who prints on fabric so I got it so when I saw that I was just like there's
01:36this great moment at Almost Famous where Lester Bang says to it says to the kid oh
01:41no they made you feel cool and you're not cool so you're trapped and they made me
01:47feel cool and I'm not cool and I was like this is an entirely fine place to be trapped
