00:27As I've gotten older, I've realized that I'm incapable
00:30of doing anything casually in my life.
00:33Like wanting to take dance classes when I was younger as a hobby
00:36somehow turned into going to ballet school
00:38and training 40 hours a week and writing poetry
00:42because I thought it was a fun way to get my feelings out
00:44somehow turned into me deciding I needed to graduate early,
00:48move to L.A. at 17, attempt to become a singer full-time.
00:52So I guess I have a slight problem with doing the most at all times.
00:55It's not like I was soaking in gold paint two days ago or anything.
01:03But honestly, I think that obsession has always been the thing that drives me.
01:07When I love something, I really love it.
01:10I want to know everything about it.
01:11I want to get better at it.
01:12And I pretty much let it consume my entire life.
01:15Dance was my first love.
01:17Writing became the way I understood myself.
01:19And music somehow gave me a place where I could put it all together.
01:23The fact that I get to do all three for my actual job is a dream come true.
01:26So thank you.
01:28And none of it happens by yourself.
01:29I have the most incredible team around me.
01:32Thank you for believing in me, for challenging me and being my other family.
01:36I love you guys so much.
01:38And to my actual family, thank you for everything.
01:40For putting in me at dance classes, driving me everywhere,
01:43listening to very early questionable songs.
01:46And most importantly, never making any of my dreams feel too ridiculous,
01:50even if they definitely were.
01:53I'm 23 and I still feel like I'm figuring out what kind of person and artist I want to be.
01:57And I think that's the most exciting part.
