01:18An 18-year-old store employee, Johnny Evans, approached a female shopper
01:22Telling her that she had a spider on her back
01:25Investigators say Evans asked for permission to remove the spider
01:29And then inappropriately touched the woman
01:31Groping her from behind
01:33Authorities say the victim then reported the incident to a store manager
01:37Deputies quickly arrived
01:39The sheriff's office says they found Evans in a bathroom stall
01:42Where he appeared to be deleting images from his phone
01:46Deputies then detained him and went to review the security cameras
01:51Authorities allege that the camera, showing aisle 8, captured Evans pretending to stack shelves
01:57Then bending down and appearing to record up the alleged victim's dress
02:02Investigators say he did it twice without her noticing
02:05Evans faces charges of battery, video voyeurism, and tampering with evidence
