38:55impacted hard ice and of course as more cars come the harder it gets

39:11so that the momentum can take them up the road hopefully up the road but once they
39:19hit that spot right there they get stuck see right here everybody tries to come up
39:26fast but the problem is now they have to stop because those cars can't make it

39:40top right at the top very very slick here where I'm walking so happy I grabbed my boots just before
39:51leaving this morning see there's another one right over there totally stuck and now no one here
