01:20You think that they had located or identified something about his delivery, his mechanics, or something that his usage or
01:29sequencing, whatever it is, they believe that he's got the stuff to give up what they gave up and to
01:35insert him in the rotation soon enough so that he's pitching this week in Boston.
01:40And they got a low payroll, and now they got a guy for more than just this year.
01:46It's for next year, too, so they better have seen something.
01:48Yes, because now they have that kind of stability moving forward, and that means something.
