Senate placed placed under total lockdown

NBI Director Melvin Matibag arrives at the Senate gate in Pasay City on May 11, 2026 but he was refused entry by the security. The Senate was locked down to stop the entry of reporters and agents of the National Bureau of Investigation following the appearance of Sen. Ronald Dela Rosa after being absent for more than five months.
