A young Philippine journalist who spent nearly six years in a crowded provincial prison is found guilty of terror financing in a case labelled 'absurd and appalling' by a rights group. Community journalist and radio broadcaster Frenchie Cumpio, 26, and former roommate Marielle Domequil, both handcuffed and wearing yellow shirts, were escorted to the hearing at the Tacloban regional court by police.
