00:23because a decision needs to be made based on the evidence that I'm given.
00:26But there's a really critical point I want to make.
00:30If affordability is the thing that you care about the most, and for me that's the thing that I care

00:34I've got to get bills down, one of the challenges that we have is the reason why our bills are

00:40is that we're overexposed to global fossil fuel markets we have absolutely no control over.
00:45And that is why we are determined to invest in homegrown energy we control
00:50so that we can get costs down and get bills down that will have an impact on family finances.
