00:00What is your message then to American citizens in London?
00:05So it is because the voting is run by all 50 different states and you when you're overseas, you vote
00:15based on where you last lived in the U.S.
00:19And so the state of Oregon may have a different system and balloting process than New York State or Florida,
00:28et cetera, et cetera.
00:28So there's a very easy nonpartisan portal that you can go to called votefromabroad.org and you simply put in
00:38where you vote from, whatever state it is, and then it walks you through the process of how to get
00:45your vote.
00:45And there is still time in some states.
00:49Some states do let you request and receive your ballot and send it back by email.
00:58And so there is still time, depending on what state you're from, you could still get a ballot and return
01:05it in the, I don't know, 24 hours or so that are left in this election cycle.
01:12You have got a postal vote already.
01:15Can you vote on election date even though you're overseas?
01:21You should do.
01:22I mean, there are people, I know of people that have sent their postal ballot back by, you know, private
01:28courier, Federal Express or DHL or whatever courier that they might use because they want to be sure that it
01:35gets there.
01:36And in most places, I believe, will still count a ballot as long as it is postmarked, you know, by
01:44election day.
01:45So I strongly encourage anybody that's reading this, if they think, oh, I've missed the opportunity, they should check at
01:53least to see, say, votefromabroad.org is the easiest way to find out if you could still get out there.
