ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಹಲವರಿಗೆ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಿರಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಲ್ಲ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಶಾಸಕ ತನ್ವೀಟ್‌ ಸೇಠ್‌ ಅವರು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ಹೊರಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸಿದವರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಆಸೆ ನಿರಾಸೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿಗೆ ಎಂಬ ಪದ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆ.ಎನ್. ರಾಜಣ್ಣ ಅವರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ವಜಾ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಮೈಸೂರು ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಗಬೇಕಾದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಆಶಾದಾಯಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬೇಸರ ಹೊರಹಾಕಿದರು.


Congress MLA Tanveer Sait has expressed disappointment over the latest cabinet expansion, stating that several leaders who openly engaged in activities against the party have been rewarded with ministerial positions. Sait said that his hopes have been dashed and questioned the representation given to the Mysuru region. He also referred to the action taken against K.N. Rajanna over his remarks concerning Rahul Gandhi, saying that he was removed immediately. Sait described the new ministerial list as disappointing and said it has not provided the expected political strength to the Mysuru region.
