00:35Spanish authorities say 48,000 people have since returned voluntarily to Morocco after the massive influx sparked a humanitarian crisis.
00:46Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez called the incident a violation of Spain's territorial integrity.
00:52He's deployed the armed forces to bolster security in Suerte and Spain's other North African enclave, Melilla.
