00:37Moroccan authorities laid on free buses for the returnees,
00:41many of whom said they'd left looking for work.
00:45At least 67 migrants died attempting to reach Suerte,
00:49which lies on the northern tip of Morocco.
00:53The first time I entered Suerte, I was expelled straight away.
00:59It wasn't like this time when I stayed, got to know the city and its atmosphere
01:04and realized there was a lot of racism.
01:08As for the people who work here, I tell them not to emigrate, to suffer.
01:13Just look at my situation.
01:16On a tree in Suerte, I saw forms of oppression I have never witnessed before.
01:21I swear, I saw weapons, something I've never seen in my life.
01:25I've traveled a lot and I've never seen anything like it anywhere else.
01:29And yet we're still in our own country.
01:32And we saw things we've never seen, not even in Colombia.
01:35I'll say it again, I've never seen anything like it in all my life.
01:39The crisis may be over for now, but it's reopened the immigration debate in Europe,
01:45with some countries calling for Spain to be suspended from the visa-free Schengen zone.
01:50Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has blamed trafficking gangs for the sudden surge.
