00:36The number of motions that we've passed that have sat unresolved for years is numerous, and you can see it
00:42across every intervention that the city is trying to do, and you see it from every council member.
00:47But it is not up to the council to push the departments to prioritize their many requests that they're getting

00:54It is also not the power of the council to be able to push departments to deliver on the many
01:00competing claims that they have on next steps.
