00:20these last few years have been some of the most challenging, I would say.

00:41One of my favorite parts about going to Essence
00:42is just discovering and supporting other brands,
00:45especially beauty brands.

00:56As a founder, there's been, I mean, so many changes.
00:59I started from being in the kitchen by myself,
01:02to growing a team,
01:05to being in 500 doors,
01:07to then not being in 500 doors.
01:10I had to let go of my entire team.
01:15As an entrepreneur, I'm definitely in this process of rebirth.
01:20I'm trying to get myself back to this moment of embracing limitless abundance.
01:27Like when I started my entrepreneurship journey, I was like so naive.
01:33But then once you start getting in the thick of it, and I'm nine years in,
01:36there becomes a moment where you start creating limits for yourself.
01:40And I'm back to the space where I'm like, no.
01:43Like if I really am in this era, right, of rebirth, that means I should want more for myself.
01:50There's been a lot of transition, I feel like, in your life.
01:53And this past like year, six months, it's been a lot.
01:56But girl, you've been holding it down.
01:58And I'm so, so proud of you.
02:00The fact that you are allowing yourself to dream bigger and more like open with it and without fear.
02:07I have seen Avina grow in so many different ways.
02:11She has become her own reflection.
02:13Even when she looks in the mirror, I know she's dreaming.

02:21But she's always been so honest and true.
02:24And only we can grow from that is being pure and being vulnerable.

02:34I've really realized throughout this process of entrepreneurship and growing Hana Hana,
02:39is that if I prioritize my growth emotionally or spiritually,
02:43it allows me to do the best also for my business.
02:49There's just this overall feeling of possibility when you come to Essence Fest.
02:54I can show up at Essence Fest every year in a different level of abundance.
02:59You could be someone that's just a consumer.
03:01The next year, you could be on a stage.
03:03The next year, you could be shooting a campaign.
03:05You can come in here, and if you want to meet someone,
03:08if you want to do something, if you want to be a part of something,
03:12you can make it happen.
03:13But you have to also allow yourself to be present and capture that moment.
03:16I feel like there's honestly so much ahead of me.
03:20For my friends, for new business, for my family.
03:24I feel like I'm walking into a season where the possibilities are endless.
