00:09I think the optimal time for egg freezing is something that might be a little bit misunderstood.
00:14The best time to freeze your eggs is way before you're thinking about family building,
00:18which might be like your late 20s to early 30s. Egg freezing also does not impact your
00:24future fertility in a negative way. It does not make you go through menopause at an earlier age,
00:29and it does not steal away your eggs for the future. These eggs were only destined to grow
00:34for this month. And so if you did not grow them and have them retrieved with the egg freezing process,
00:40they actually would just die. And so in a sense, we're just trying to save all the eggs from May
00:45or all the eggs from June. And then July, there's a whole new crop of eggs that's ready for you.
