00:00I like to do this thing, I call it like a double hair flip affirmation, and it's just like, you
00:04got this girl.
00:05I saw it on Golden Girls once, so.
00:08Proud? Of course I am. Nothing to be ashamed of.
00:11Today our goal is to get some positive thoughts up here and kind of scoot the negative ones out.
00:17The last Snickers bar left in the world, and everybody wants me.
00:21Emma Watson meets Spider-Man.
00:24Here's a mistake a lot of people make. They think body image is physical.
00:28Most of it is mental. It's all about what you think about yourself and how you feel about yourself.
00:34My mantra would be, you are more than enough.
00:38Step one, you're going to need paper. Number two, you're going to need markers.
00:42And number three, most importantly, you're going to need some mantras that you're going to say every day.
00:48Mantras are personal. No one has to understand them but you.
00:52My mantras came from a class, but yours can just come from you.
00:56Really, it's about making yourself feel good.
01:01Say your mantras every day, at least twice before you leave the house.
01:06I want to get those good thoughts in there, thoughts that you think about yourself
01:10before you go out into the world and have everyone else impacting you.
01:24I can just see myself saying this every day because it would just make me feel good.
01:29Like, I can do this. I can take on the day perfectly.
01:34For the next week, I am going to start my day with curvy, curly cues for creative people.
01:41So take those phrases, write them down, put them up on your bathroom mirror, and say them to yourself.
01:46I know it sounds weird, but do it because you will thank me later.
01:50Believe me, it makes a huge difference.
