00:12Starting the day in Adelaide Central Markets.
00:14This is Lucia's, an absolute institution known for great coffee and their classic pastas as well,
00:20the bolognese and the breakfast carbonara.

00:23The thing about coming to the markets is you can never leave empty-handed.
00:25This is the place not just to eat, but to do your shopping as well.

00:37Next stop is Pinko Deli, one of my favourite spots for a bit of morning tea.
00:41Pinko Deli's known for great sandwiches, they have a fantastic tiramisu latte, but I love this cinnamon scroll.

00:48Next, we're heading up into the Adelaide Hills.
00:49It's only about 20, 30 minutes from the CBD, but it is one of the most beautiful parts.
00:53This is Kitchen Farm in Mount Barker.
00:55They grow a lot of their own produce here, and they work with a lot of local producers for their
00:58seasonal menu.
