Modi acknowledged that paper leaks are a serious issue causing immense pain to millions of students and their families. He highlighted that over the past two and a half months, several steps were taken, culprits were arrested and jailed. The government's priority was to ensure students did not lose an academic year, conducting exams for 22 lakh students in the shortest possible time.
