We're not going to be complacent: PM Narendra Modi's fresh message on paper leaks

PM Narendra Modi posted a video addressing paper leaks at roughly 11:54 PM on 23 July. He said several departments had prepared a draft on provisions for fast track courts and strict punishment pertaining to paper leaks. Once finalised, he said it would be presented as a bill in the second week of the Parliament's monsoon session.
