00:05lovely clinic in Johannesburg, and I have the pleasure of meeting with, let me see if I say
00:12this right, Poonza? Yes, Poonza. Poonza, okay. Perfect. So thanks for joining me. Can you
00:18introduce yourself? Tell us a little bit about you. Oh, my name is Poonza. I'm from South Africa,
00:24Johannesburg. How many children do you have? I've got two. I've got two children. Two children,
00:28boys, girls? One boy, one's a boy and one a girl, but we came for a boy. The boy, okay.
00:33And what's
00:33his name? Emiliano. Emiliano. Yes. Oh, God, I love that name. He's four years. Four years old. So we
00:39treated him three months ago, and tell me about Emiliano. What were you noticing before the
00:45treatment, and what led you to seek treatment with us? Okay, what we've noticed, I think at the age
00:51of two, I've noticed that you should start, you would have been talking right, and then when I went
00:57for consultation with different doctors, they told me that, no, he's, I'm a third, he's speech
01:01therapist, he's autistic, and I was not aware of autism before. Okay. So I had to Google that,
01:07I had to research on that, then we contacted one doctor, one doctor that deals, that is not a medical
01:12doctor, then that's the one who referred us here. So we considered that he was not speaking,
01:17he was, everything was just difficult. And then we started, and what I knew was, I never wanted to put
01:23him to this wrong medication. So then I went to the herb side, to the herbal side of things,
01:29and then there was still a little bit of improvement, but we was, and then we took him to the
01:34special
01:35school as well, to the special school. So that is where then we've got the OTs, the speech therapies,
01:40and everything. And then the doctor that we attended for, I think about six months, then he recommended
01:48that there is now stem cell in South Africa. So then I went on my, what do you call it,
01:55on
01:55Instagram, then I considered that in America, oh, there's a small stem cell. And actually, I was ready
02:00to fly even to China, India, because there wasn't China, there wasn't India. I was like, okay, no,
02:04once I have this money, definitely I have to do something. Then lucky enough, then the store was like,
02:10no, these guys are here, actually. Just hang on, call them, they're opening offices, then that's
02:16when we engage with Zandile. So we called, and then Zandile was like, no, don't worry, call us
02:22again. We are busy making sure that this place is going to be 100% okay, so we will call
02:28you
02:28once we are up and running. And definitely she did, and by that time, I was like, okay, Zandile,
02:34in a month's time, we are coming. So I think that wasn't this. I was like, no, no, good news,
02:37we are here, we are starting, we've got the machines, we are starting to operate, and we're
02:42going to, maybe we might have, you will be our first client, or, I'm like, no, I'm happy,
02:49then we did it.
