01:18The Venezuelan government is deploying heavy equipment and task forces from the National
01:22Bolivarian Armed Forces, the Fire Department and Civil Protection to continue implementing
01:27the Venezuela Rises Plan.
01:31The task forces are working in critical areas of La White State in coordination with authorities
01:37and the Ministry of Public Works.
01:39The goal of these efforts is to advance the plan for debris removal and structural reconstruction
01:44following the double earthquake that struck the country.
01:47With the deployment of up to 300 machines, up to 80% of the debris can be removed to facilitate
01:53urban generation.
02:05In the Maria Bajo neighborhood and surrounding areas in La White, special events were held
02:10that combined the celebrations of Children's National Day with the broadcast of the
02:152026 World Cup Final.

08:04announced that he will take on the political leadership of the historical pact on August 7,
08:09once his term of office ends.
08:12By social media accounts, the president confirmed that he had accepted his party's proposals
08:16and stated that he would remain associated with the political organization that brought him to the presidency.
08:22After taking a period of rest, which he described as necessary following four years in office,
08:27the president also called for the ruling party's parliamentary group to remain united
08:31and urged the internal decisions to be taken transparently throughout public votes.
08:36The announcement coincides with the inauguration of the new Colombian Congress,
08:40where the presiding officers of the Senate and the Chamber of Representatives will be elected this Monday.
09:00In Bolivia, the Department of Tarija has declared a state of emergency under the disaster category
09:06in response to the magnitude of the forest fires that have consumed thousands of hectares
09:11and are threatening entire communities.
09:13Mitigation efforts have been intensified with the deployment of units from the Bolivian Army.
09:18Government personnel and volunteer community brigades continue working tirelessly to protect populated settlements.
09:25However, the fire is rapidly advancing toward agricultural areas, severely affecting the communities of Camarón and Anquahasi,
