00:10received £30, although the ticket was worth £920. Vincent Shanmo Gurraja, Tam Ilnason,
00:19told the hearing he admitted the theft to police and accepted a community resolution.
00:24The panel also heard he gave changing accounts about owning the Best One store in Great Bridge
00:30and in accessing its cameras. Licensing Chair Matt Lloyd said those differing explanations
00:36left councillors with no confidence in his ability to continue holding the shop's licence responsibly.
