00:00Why is this meat pie worth $20?
00:03So how long does it take to make one?
00:05It's all different components, probably three, four days.
00:08We have our signature pie.
00:09It's a load of pdv, caramelized pork,
00:12stalke mushrooms, and chicken gravy.
00:14When I first tried this, I had no idea what to do with this.
00:16But you actually pour this sauce down the chimney.
00:20Crunch test on the $20 load meat pie.
00:27Mmm.
00:28Why is pastry like the best thing on earth?
00:30It's soft.
00:31It's not, it's like crispy without being doughy.
00:35I reckon if you serve this to average tradie,
00:37they're just fucking, their mind would explode.
00:40It's not necessarily better than your like $10 to $14 meat pies,
00:44your classic traditional Aussie beef pies, your Waggoos.
00:47But if you were going to create a $20 meat pie,
00:49this is what it would be.
00:50And I'm glad it exists because it's probably worth every cent.
00:53So this has been the load pdv meat pie.
00:56It's been another Monday Munchies.
00:58Where should we go next?
00:59You're not going to get a lot of a twist.
00:59The thing is going to be a joke in mind.
