00:03certainly with the recent struggles of Max Meyer, who was an all-star.
00:07He's had a hard time recently, but Sandy has really picked it up.
00:10And, you know, I think when you win a Cy Young Award, Tom,
00:14you're kind of held to that standard, and everyone just expects that to be.
00:17And I know it's been a couple of years since he's looked like that,
00:20but maybe this is it, because he's looked as good as he did
00:24when he won that Cy Young back in 2022.
00:27Yeah, and couple that with an injury, a very long injury that causes you to miss a year.
00:33I've always been of the belief for him more often than not recently.
00:37I think when a pitcher comes back that first year, I'm willing to write off.
00:40You miss a full year, you come back, I'm willing to wait until that second year
00:44that he's fully back to truly get into form.
00:46And that's what we've seen develop.
00:48It was a slow start for him after the injury, and now he's returning back to form.
00:52So there's always been rumors, as you know, Craig, whether or not he's going to be traded,
00:56but this is the spot for the Marlins to acquire at the deadline and push for the wild card.
