05:24That their attendance
05:25For 2026
05:26Is down 23.5%
05:29From last year
05:30To give you some hard numbers
05:32In 2026
05:33So far this year
05:34Their average attendance
05:35To one of their shows
05:3610,810 people
05:39Now you say to yourself
05:40Back in the day
05:42Before AEW formed
05:44Cody Rhodes
05:45The Young Bucks
05:45Kenny Omega
05:46Their goal
05:47Was to sell out
05:4810,000 seats
05:48In any arena
05:49Because nobody had done that
05:50Other than WWE
05:51Or something of that nature
05:52And they did that
05:53It was a big to-do
05:54So WWE having

05:56At their average show
05:57Seems like a lot
05:58But when you look
05:59At 2025

06:01The average attendance
06:02Of 14,132
06:05That is a significant

06:18Because they've jacked up
06:19Ticket prices so much
06:20It's astronomically ridiculous

06:23Hand over fist
06:24So even the fact
06:25That we know
06:26That SummerSlam
06:27Is having a tough time
06:28Selling tickets
06:28As of the other day
06:29They only had
06:3022,000 tickets
06:31Sold for night one
06:3221,000 oddly
06:34Usually we think
06:34Of it the other way around
06:3521,000 for night two
06:37And look
06:38I understand
06:38Some people are going
06:39To wait until the last minute
06:40To probably get tickets
06:41At the end of the period
06:42And you'll probably see
06:44About 30,000 per night sell
06:45But that's a sharp decline
06:47From 50,000 per night
06:49Last year at SummerSlam
06:50Now is it because
06:51They're in Minnesota
06:52There's not as much
06:52To do there
06:53At least from like
06:54A tourism standpoint
06:55I don't know if I'd buy that
06:56Because there's plenty
06:57Of stuff to do in Minnesota
06:58If you've ever been there
06:58There's plenty to do

07:01On what you're into
07:03The access
07:04There's less airports
07:05Less flights
07:06Things like that
07:07If you're coming
07:08From another country
07:09Which you know
07:09SummerSlam is supposed
07:10To be basically
07:11Like the Wrestlemania
07:12Of the summer
07:12The biggest party
07:13Of the summer
07:14You would think
07:15You'd want to stack
07:16The card
07:16So that people
07:17Would want to fly in
07:18From all over the world
07:19And if you're coming
07:20From someplace in Europe
07:21Or Australia
07:22Do you really want
07:23To fly in
07:23And go to Minnesota
07:25You're coming to the U.S.
07:26For as much money
07:26As you would pay
07:27For the flight
07:27And the hotel
07:28And everything else
07:29And then you couple
07:29That with the fact
07:31That ticket prices
07:32Are astronomically high now
07:33I don't know
07:34I think WWE
07:36May have hurt themselves
07:36In that regard
07:37But again
07:37As long as they make
07:38Enough money
07:39I don't think
07:39They're going to care

08:09But it's not because
08:10They have high attendance
08:11So it's difficult
08:12To navigate that conversation
08:13Without bringing up
08:14The fact that you're
08:14Lacking in attendance

08:18High ticket costs
08:19But you're still
08:19Making money
08:20It makes you look
08:20Even worse
08:21That you're really
08:22Screwing the people over
08:22When you're moving
08:23Less tickets
08:24And making more money
08:24It's really kind of

08:55Hadn't been seen on TV
08:56In forever
08:57The Fraxium was amazing
08:58The minute they got
08:59To the main roster
09:00And then they fizzled out
09:00Since and clearly
09:01Since they just lost
09:02To the War Raiders
09:03And you have to wonder
09:05WWE is so stacked
09:07With talent right now
09:08And I don't just mean
09:09On Raw and Smackdown
09:10NXT is flooded with talent
09:13Evolve is flooded with talent
09:17I believe it was
09:18Harlem Lewis
09:19Just won the
09:20Evolve championship
09:21The other day
09:21And if you haven't
09:22Seen him on LFG
09:24That guy is going to be
09:24A ringer for a long time
09:26Great attitude
09:27Great look
09:28I mean
09:28They are so deep
09:30And they own
09:31Triple A
09:31Where there's a whole
09:32Another crop of talent
09:33AJ Styles is asking them
09:35To try to create a
09:37WWE NXT version
09:39In Japan
09:40They've talked about
09:41Indian expansions before
09:43They have their ID program
09:45Going all over the place
09:46There was talk of
09:47Going back to Europe
09:48And doing a WWE Europe
09:50Type of thing
09:51There's so much
09:52That they could do
09:53And at the end of the day
09:54And I've mentioned this
09:54In previous episodes
09:55I really believe
09:57They need a third
09:58Major brand
09:59A third main roster
10:00For lack of better terms
10:01Now how does that happen
10:02Do you purchase TNA
10:05Word was
10:05When they set up
10:06Their working agreement
10:07With TNA
10:07All those working agreements
10:08They ever put together
10:09Whether it was
10:10Over in Europe
10:11Whether it was
10:12Evolve
10:13Places like that
10:13When they set up
10:14Those deals
10:14They always like
10:15Reserve the right
10:16To purchase the company
10:17I do it at this point
10:18Buy TNA
10:19Just like it bought
10:20Triple A
10:21And use it
10:22Like look
10:23TNA
10:23Is giving out
10:24Short term contracts
10:25To their talent
10:26They're not giving
10:27Long term deals
10:27WWE can swoop in there
10:29And put
10:30A plethora
10:32Of fresh names
10:33Big names
10:34In TNA
10:35And you can bolster that
10:37And you can make that
10:37Your third major brand
10:39Talk about competition
10:41For AEW
10:42And you know

10:44You just elevate

10:46And I'm so tired

10:58At the start of the year
10:59It was obvious

11:01Not ready for the main event
11:02He wasn't ready
11:03For television

11:06NXT is on television
11:08Where the heck

11:09We see NXT?
11:10I'm so tired
11:11Of acting like
11:12NXT is such
11:12A developmental brand
11:13They're on
11:14A public
11:15Or I shouldn't say

11:16They're on a
11:16Cable television station
11:18Every single week
11:19They get just as
11:21Good or better numbers
11:21Than AEW has lately
11:23They are a solid
11:24Promotion
11:25Or a solid brand
11:26There is no reason
11:28You can't take
11:29Some of the main
11:30Roster talents
11:31That you're not using
11:33To their fullest ability
11:34And put them on
11:34NXT
11:36Increase salaries
11:37At NXT
11:38So it's a main
11:38Roster group there
11:40So you'd have
11:41Raw, Smackdown, NXT
11:42Evolve could be
11:43Your new training ground
11:45Or you make
11:46If you buy TNA
11:48They have that new deal
11:48They're setting up
11:49With Ohio Valley Wrestling
11:50That could be
11:51Your new training ground
11:52I don't know
11:52But gosh
11:53When you're talking
11:54About a company
11:55That's as big
11:56As Endeavor
11:58TKO
11:58WWE
11:59All that put together
12:00They can do
12:01Essentially anything
12:02They want
12:03Everything except
12:03For buy AEW
12:04That's the one thing
12:05I don't think
12:06They can do

12:12They should have

12:20That to gobble

12:21And shut everybody down

12:23More brands
12:24You've got enough talent
12:26There are people
12:27We haven't seen

12:28In months
12:29Why?
12:31That doesn't even make sense
12:32If you've got 250 people
12:33On your roster
12:34It's pointless
12:35If none of them
12:35Are on television
12:36If I were them
12:37I would consider
12:38Legitimately making
12:40Either NXT
12:40A legit third
12:42Main roster brand
12:44Or going forward
12:45With whatever
12:46It sounded like
12:47They had in
12:48A place when they
12:49Made the working
12:49Arrangement with TNA
12:50And buying TNA
12:51And I don't care
12:52How much debt
12:53They got on the books
12:53You're talking about
12:54A multi-billion dollar
12:55Organization
12:56Who would take that
12:57Flip it
12:58And turn it into
12:58A profit making company
13:00In short order
13:01You get better
13:02Management in there
13:03You know
13:03You get more stability
13:04In there
13:05Longer term contracts

13:07Better storytelling
13:08And I'm saying that
13:09On the heels of the fact
13:09That creative and WWE
13:10Has been crappy lately
13:11But AAA has been phenomenal
13:13So again
13:14You've got
13:14Shawn Michaels running NXT
13:16It's running great
13:17You have The Undertaker
13:18Pretty much running
13:19Triple A
13:19It looks great
13:21Triple H
13:22When he first started
13:23On the main roster
13:23Was doing pretty good
13:24Now it's kind of fizzled
13:25It's boring and monotonous
13:26But it is what it is
13:28Who is that next guy
13:30Who could take a
13:31Do you bring AJ Styles in
13:33And say
13:33Hey AJ
13:34We want you to go run
13:35TNA Wrestling
13:35Or run that
13:37NXT Japan
13:38Or whatever you want to call it
13:38WWE Japan
13:40Even if it was remotely
13:41I don't care
13:42They have the talent
13:44They have the ability
13:45They need to make that happen
13:46Because the product right now
13:47You have too many people
13:49That are not getting
13:49Television time
13:50I would say the same thing
13:51For AEW
13:51But I don't see Tony Khan
13:52He can't even get a TV deal
13:54For Ring of Honor right now
13:55So I don't see him
13:56Picking up more television time
13:57When he can't get enough TV time
13:59For what he already has
13:59I would love to see them

14:16In there somewhere
14:17All the streaming services

14:19But if you're a fan

14:21And I guarantee you
14:22There's a lot of people
14:23Like me out there
14:23That just want to see
14:24As much wrestling as possible
14:26I don't care how much there is

14:29I'd like to see them expand

14:32Because I want to see
14:32More people get television time
