00:23talking about and it's probably not going to come out too much based off of the wind being right to
00:28left and a touch of help today uh andrew novak decided to try to hit driver off of this tee

00:34which if you're standing on the tee and you looked at the line that he took you would think where
00:40in
00:40the world did he just hit the golf ball because he was trying to like get it up like at
00:44the green
00:45he he got up there and he was still was 30 yards right at the green that's how far like
00:50left you
00:51have to go if you want to go at this green it's a dog like left you're going to see
00:54a lot of irons
00:55off of this hole especially with the wind i think probably being a little bit more left or riding
01:00hurting uh but you're going to have some in and off the right but it's a it's just another one

01:05those tee shots man that that you feel like you have to shape something to find the fairway um or

01:11least like you could take all the bunkers out of play sure and hit something at that uh have it
01:17finish at about 235 yards uh but then on the next shot you're going to be playing a little bit

01:23back into the breeze uh or even just a little bit of crawl so it's you know how much do
01:30you want
01:30to bite off and uh with this dog leg do you want to challenge the bunkers you just want to
01:34take it
01:34all out of play and um i think that's a question that that most guys i think will say you
01:39know what
01:40give me the give me the further distance into the hole and let me try to hold an eight iron
01:44into
01:44the green uh okay on to the 11th another par four 434 yards uh padrick harrington says it's a dog
01:52leg left and the tee shot is all about avoiding the bunker at the left corner and the three bunkers
01:57further down on the right for me it's a classic royal birkdale hole a good tee shot breaks the back
02:02of the hole to provide a birdie opportunity uh your thoughts on the left it's gosh i'm telling you
02:10it's it reminds me of the eighth hole and the eighth hole was you know had those cluster of
02:15bunkers of three or four bunkers that feel like they're all just connected and that there's four
02:20yards of fairway the 11th hole was that but when you look at the book that's when you realize that
02:25there's a bunker to avoid and a bunker to try to stay short of and it feels like that's you
02:30know you
02:30try to take out the left bunker and you try to keep it short of the right bunker for the
02:34most part
02:35that's kind of the theme of a lot of uh these holes and the when they have these things clustered
02:40out
02:41is you just have to be able to pick a side um and then you just have to trust that
02:45you're taking a
02:45club that'll stay short of it but this was a hole today that joaquin neiman tried to uh pull a
02:50five iron
02:51just keep short of the right bunker at 302 yards and hit it past it wow wow so um yeah
