01:15Green on the Green it's not just the cinema we have, we are going to be opening up Tiny Toon
01:21which
01:22is coming back for its third year now and which is a really fantastic space for children and young
01:28people to let their imaginations go wild and live like the adults do I would say. It's a miniature
01:34Newcastle with loads of iconic Newcastle businesses. We also have the Stay and Play Zone this year in
01:40association with Stagecoach so last year was the first year that we we had this space and it's
01:45it's a really unique urban play area so there's loads of different elements to it, it's really
01:49bright and colourful, there's some seating, there's places for the adults to sit while the kids play,
01:54there's sensory elements, there's sand pits and there's all sorts of things going on and this year
01:59we are working with Stagecoach on this so it's really exciting to kind of change it up a little bit.
02:03So we have a range of activation days taking place at Screen on the Green this year in association
02:08with our brand partners for the events so whether you head over to Tiny Toon and Nexus are running,
02:14giving out some lanyards and some activity books or Newcastle Building Society are running a little
02:19treasure hunt, Stagecoach have got loads of fun activations where you can colour in your own bus
02:25and Fentemans are also working with us on Screen on the Green so they'll be there
02:28plenty of times over the summer handing out some fun little gifts so it's a great opportunity to just
02:34keep an eye on our socials see what's going on and then it's another reason to just come in and
02:40enjoy the space.
02:41Before the main film schedule begins visitors can also watch children's favourites, classic films
02:46and nature documentaries during a week of daytime programming.
02:50Organisers say the attraction will remain in Old Elven Square until Bank Holiday Monday
