00:08Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Moscow appreciates Turkey's willingness to hold stocks,
00:14but there are no plans for a new round of negotiations for now.
00:20The remarks came after Ukraine proposed Turkey as the venue for a direct meeting
00:25between President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
00:30Several rounds of peace talks have been held in Istanbul, Abu Dhabi and Geneva since last year,
00:36but negotiations have since stalled.
00:39With U.S. attention shifting to the conflict with Iran,
00:42and major sticking points such as territorial disputes and security guarantees still unresolved,
00:48peace efforts remain deadlocked.
