Sa ikaanim na araw ng impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte, pinagdebatihan kung dapat bang i-subpoena ng impeachment court ang mga tax at bank records ng bise at kaniyang asawa.
Giit ng Prosekusyon, kailangan ito para mailabas ang katotohanan.
Pero mariin itong tinutulan ng Depensa dahil isa raw itong “fishing expedition” na lalabag sa karapatan ng bise.
Hindi pa muna naglabas ng desisyon ang mga senator-judges dahil kailangan daw nila ng mas mahabang panahon para makapagpasiya.
