Hey folks!

Tonight I thought I'd show you my recipe for traditional fish cakes....nothing fancy, but super tasty! Very popular in the UK and ever so easy to make....inexpensive too :)

Here's what you'll need guys if you decide to give it a go....this recipe will make 4 big fish cakes :)

Shopping List:

900g (31.7 oz) Fish, I’m using smoked haddock
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
2 eggs and a tablespoon of water (beaten together)
800g (28 oz) Cold Mashed potato
Milk which you may not need only if your mixture is too dry!
150g (5.2 oz) Breadcrumbs
50g (1.7 oz) Plain (all purpose) flour which has a pinch of salt and pepper added
