04:25Lynn and I are just on a walk this morning.
04:28We're heading to, well I'm heading to the Salon.
04:31And I am well overdue for taking care of myself.
04:35With Lila I've been, definitely been putting things on the back burner of just taking care
04:41of myself and doing things like getting my eyebrows done and just having some time to
04:46myself.
04:47So we're walking there now.
04:49I'm heading to a place called Casa Venus Salon, it looks really good and the price is really
04:55reasonable as well.
04:56But we get to walk through this, it's more sort of local back street and everything's
05:01so beautiful.
05:02I love how the buildings are painted and everything bright pink and blue and yellow.
05:06It's so beautiful.

06:19this is super super local which is crazy because it's only we're only about two
06:25blocks back from where we're staying which is kind of like more of a tourist
06:30area and yeah it's just like very very local restaurants lots of loud music
06:41pretty rough pretty rough living conditions to be completely honest it is a little bit
06:49eye-opening and then we walk out of this street here which is just dirt and like
06:56literally we're in this beautiful neighborhood now
07:25the one thing I have noticed about Tulum and I noticed this when we're in
07:29Playa del Carmen as well is there's so many nice apartment buildings but they all seem to be
07:34empty like it feels like a lot of people have invested into development here um but like the
07:40the people haven't caught up I don't know really what's going on there but there's like
07:45empty apartment buildings everywhere and they look like they're very new as well yeah it kind of feels
07:50like a waste a little bit because like even though that maybe that back street that we just were
07:55walking down some people might think isn't the most beautiful thing but it kind of sucks that like
08:01I really like looking at something different like it feels like everywhere is starting to look the same
08:06a little bit which I kind of fear like every country is just going to be apartment buildings um are
08:12we lost
08:20the second exit onto Calais
08:23in my mind get tired of waiting
08:30it'd be wasted time to save this
08:33as it's around I want to walk away from all the changes
