00:13According to the Royal Johor, On Hafiz took his oath of office before Johor Region Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim

00:21at Istana Bukit Serin in Johor Bahru this afternoon.

00:26Barisan Nasional won 48 of the 56 seats in yesterday's Johor election, securing a commanding majority in the state assembly.

00:36Earlier today, Yang Di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim granted an audience to On Hafiz and BN Chairman Ahmad Zahid Hamidi

00:47On Hafiz was first appointed Menteri Besar in March 2022 after BN won the state election.

00:55The matchup assemblyman is now serving his third term in the Johor Assembly after first winning the Layang Layang seat
