00:13pre-sentence report has everyone had an opportunity to review that report are there any additions or
00:20corrections miss henry i've got a some real concerns about your criminal history
00:38you've been very busy in louisiana haven't you yeah yeah that's my pain that's your past well
00:45your past isn't that long ago on some of these some of them are old some of them are not

00:53i want you to understand that if i go along with this agreement and put you on this probation
00:58that you will be on zero tolerance that means you cannot miss an appointment you cannot test
01:04positive you cannot do anything that's a violation of your probation or you will be in here on a
01:09motion to revoke your probation do you understand all right um okay then i'm going to find that you
01:15enter your plea of guilty previously freely and voluntarily find sufficient evidence to find
01:21you guilty and at this time follow the agreement that you made find you guilty of evading arrest or
01:26detention with the use of a vehicle sentence you in accordance with your agreement to a term of 10
01:31years in prison but i'm going to probate that you'll be on probation for 10 years you're ordered to
01:36pay the 500 fine and to follow all of the rules and conditions of probation if you do that then

01:42all practical purposes your case here in court is over you'll be able to serve that 10-year sentence
01:46while you're on probation the other side of that though is that you've already agreed to a 10-year
01:50sentence so any violation of your probation could end up with that 10-year sentence that you've agreed
