00:00If you're going to have an agency that kicks people out of this country, that you would be one of
00:04them that we would want to get rid of.
00:06When this illegal pedophile was convicted and his lawyer asked for him to be sent back to El Salvador, the
00:11judge refused to let the possibility of deportation change his prison sentence.
00:14Under the age of 13 for the purposes of count one, for the purpose of count two and count three,
00:20I find that the state has met their burden of force considering the age of the victim.
00:26With regards to the sentencing, I wanted to speak up about what's going to happen to Mr. Villatoro once he
00:32has completed his sentence, regardless of the time it lasts.
00:36He is going to be targeted by ICE. He will begin deportation proceedings then with the type of charges on
00:42which he had been found guilty.
00:44He faces essentially guaranteed deportation.
00:48Mr. Villatoro comes originally from El Salvador, and El Salvador is where they have Seacott, which is the mega jail
00:54that they have there, where when people arrive being deported from the United States, if they have criminal charges in
01:01the United States, they get sent aside directly with the police.
01:04He will very likely be placed in Seacott when he goes there.
01:08Seacott, again, is a mega jail. It's a jail where people go in, they don't come out.
01:12There is very little to no rights whatsoever. All this to say that any type of sentence or time that
01:19he might do here, he's going to do that as well in El Salvador.
01:23Knowing that that's what's going to happen to him, I think it's better for him to just be turned into
01:27immigration and be sent over to El Salvador.
01:29And they're accusing me and they're condemning me for something that I didn't do.
01:33I don't understand where this sentence is coming from if really they haven't been willing to investigate things thoroughly.
01:39Last time she was in front of you, she told you clearly that she was afraid of men.
01:43Those are big lies. She had four or five boyfriends at school.
01:47I always had problems with her ever since I moved with Janet back in 2018.
01:51We always get calls from school reporting that she was always distracted with boys.
01:56And there's a bunch of other things. Things don't make sense.
01:59So here's where I'm at on this, Mr. Villatoro.
02:02There is no doubt in my mind that you did to her the things that she said that you did
02:08to her.
02:08And I found you guilty.
02:10I'm not a federal judge.
02:11I don't deal with immigration and I don't deal with immigration consequences.
02:15It's not realistic for me to try to jump into the future and determine what some other country might,
02:22they might do in this case.
02:23If you're going to have an agency that kicks people out of this country,
02:27that you would be one of them that we would want to get rid of.
02:29Whether or not you serve a sentence in some other country, that is not part of my sentence here.
02:36I'm going to sentence you to 84 months in prison.
02:38This is 12 months on count two and 12 months on count three.
02:43I'm going to order that these sentences be served consecutively
02:46because I think a consecutive sentence is necessary to properly punish you.
