23:14number has been traced and ruled out but the second phone isn't answering and guess what it's a burner
23:22phone no registered owner in my experience burner phones are typically used to keep things secret to
23:36keep someone from knowing what you're doing with that phone the owner knows he can't be traced or she
23:46police can't get through when they call the number but there is another lead and the same burner phone
23:52that called shania on the day she disappeared also hit on this number

24:22police i explained to her that i was conducting an investigation involving a missing child

25:37apartment under surveillance minutes after davis hangs up he's on the move
25:46in full view of two plain clothes officers we wanted to see what was going to happen
25:53what the phone call would motivate franklin to do he basically walks up on top of my team when they

40:19defense she'd already withdrawn her allegation of rape against him.
