00:00This night, he took my friend back in his bed with him, and that was the first time that I
00:03can remember my friend going back there.
00:05And I thought to myself, like, I'm not going to let this happen to anybody else.
00:09I messaged my friend who introduced me to the guy five years prior on the video game, and I just
00:14asked him to come over the next day.
00:15And my friend looks at me, and he just says, he touched you, didn't he?
00:18And I turn and look at him, and I just fall apart.
00:20I'm crying, I'm sweating profusely, and after maybe 10 or 15 seconds, he looks at me, and he says, he
00:28did it to me too.
00:28And I was completely thrown off.
00:32This guy, who was my friend, was like my hero.
00:35He was like my big brother.
00:36And when he said that, I was just like, what the hell?
00:39So he says, you know, what do you want to do about it?
00:40He says, do you want to report him, or do you want to keep it a secret?
00:43He's like, it's up to you.
00:44I'll follow your lead.
00:45And I say, well, this guy, we got to get him.
00:47We go out, and we tell my grandparents, and the police officer, they're like, we have to have hard evidence
00:51to get him today.
00:52And I said, well, I have his DNA on my body.
00:54Because that weekend, I was, I knew at 15 years old, I'm very proud of myself for this.
00:59At 15 years old, I knew to not take a shower and to not take my clothes off.
01:03And we go to the hospital, and I tell them that, and they're just like, holy shit, take your clothes
01:07off right now.
01:08Take my clothes off.
01:09They swab me.
01:10They come back.
01:10Boom.
01:11We got his DNA in a couple places.
01:13And so the cop drives up there and arrests him.
01:17I'm telling my story now so that other people can understand that there's a light at the end of the
01:22tunnel.
01:23As long as you keep moving forward and remain strong and resilient, you can do amazing things.
