00:07because I think this just speaks to how little sense this all makes.

00:17When the news finally came out that my guarantees were voided in November,
00:21the team continued to lie to the media fan base,
00:25acting as if that was not a decision that was made in July,
00:29continually saying that I would be returning,
00:31despite the fact that I told them on numerous occasions that I would not be.
00:35With the severity of my injury and guarantees no longer on the table,
00:39that was not an option.
00:40We are one year from the date in which they made the decision
00:44to void my guarantees due to missed rehab.
00:46Yet they have the footage and the GPS information that shows I reached markers
00:51I never hit even before injury.
00:54All before the required recovery time ordered by the surgeon.
00:59So this isn't the interesting of the two posts.
01:02This is some context of him suggesting that behind the scenes,
01:06the Niners made it known that they weren't going to bring him back
01:09because they were already voiding the contract or what have you.
01:12Although there's video of him running around and getting loose
01:15before a preseason game in August where he wasn't activated,
01:18but he was still out there playing and he was at the facility constantly.
01:22So the question is,
01:23if they'd already told you they were voiding your contract,
01:25why are you still at work?
01:26Seems like that might not be true,
01:28but I guess you could say that him and his agent were trying to
01:31basically still negotiate with him about the guarantees or what have you.
01:35So I'll dismiss that for a second.
01:37The second post of the day is the one that everyone's been talking about.
01:40And this is the one that makes no sense.

02:09when you're telling people to go to commanders.com to buy their tickets,
02:12he's using the team's hashtag raise hail.
02:15You're acting like you're a commander while being a gigantic distraction and
02:20malcontent for another team on social media when you're not actually a
02:23commander at this point.
02:24But this comment makes no sense.
02:27There is no reinstatement to the league.
02:30If he does not report and or file for reinstatement for San Francisco,
02:34he's saying he's not going to do that.
02:37I will not be reinstating with them nor ever doing any kind of business with
02:42them.
02:43I'm locked in and focused on my opportunity to return to the field this

02:48if he doesn't file for reinstatement,
02:50they can keep him on the didn't show up list and never pay him a penny.
02:55And he never comes back and he can't accrue a season.
02:58So he doesn't really have a choice.

03:03But he's claiming the one thing he has to do to give himself a chance to be

03:25If they want to do him a favor and do a conference opponent that they play this

03:38but he is giving them the ability to be petty and a pain in the ass by no
03:44showing because they have listed him as a wall.
