00:13Inspectors praised neighbourhood policing, partnership work and efforts to divert young people away from crime.
00:19The force also received three good and four adequate gratings, while investigations were judged to be found requiring improvement.
00:26Chief Constable Rob Carden welcomed the findings, saying improvement work is already underway.
00:33Police and Crime Commissioner Emily Spurrell said she would continue holding the force to account over investigations and response performance.
