00:00We've had the Louise Casey report, we've had many reports through HMIC before that and we seem to
00:06be building up shelves and shelves of reports with very little activity and I find that quite
00:12frustrating. I feel that we're letting down the communities of London and further because this
00:17is something that impacts everybody right across the country. So for me whilst I welcome what's
00:23happening I do feel quite frustrated that instead of the reports just do something about it.
