00:08It keeps you moving and provides energy for the body to kickstart a day.

00:16we're habitual of skipping breakfast because we're running late.

00:21Summer vacations are here and so as our late night movie plans and munching.
00:26We don't realize how much it is dangerous for our brain health and eyes by staying up late.
00:32We can suffer from weight gain, hair loss, skin problems and weak eyesight.
00:38High sugar consumption.
