00:00The encounter rate in Suikoden 4 is too damn high.
00:04It's always the same with this game.
00:06So much negativity surrounding the critiques on the encounter rate.
00:11And I've got tips for you, which there aren't many,
00:14because there is no support character with a holy rune like Cedric or Stalin in the past to help you.
00:20Just plain R1 on the PlayStation controller to help you speed up just a little bit
00:27and just hope for the best, because there's no stat, no luck that's going to help you out.
00:32Just use R1 until you get to Nea Island after you got your ship, your HQ, after leaving Obel.
00:42And then towards the Nate Cobalt Tournament, there she is, recurring as ever, V-Key.
00:49So you go and meet her first, then second time you come back from the Nate Cobalt Tournament across the
00:55bridge again.
00:55And then just talk to her.
00:58And the one plus point is that you get the blinking hand mirror or the glowing hand mirror first up.
01:05So you don't have to wait for longer in the game.
01:07So this is where your strain will most likely end.
01:11After that, you get all the options to go where you want to go with V-Key as usual.
