What started as a quiet nap during a stop in Mexico turned into a wake-up call this boy definitely wasn't expecting.
Keli Moore was traveling with her family when her son fell asleep in the front passenger seat of their parked vehicle. While he rested, an unexpected visitor wandered over.
A curious donkey casually strolled up to the car and poked its head through the open driver's side window, seemingly hoping to score a snack.
Rather than telling her son what was happening, Keli decided to wake him up and let him discover it for himself.
Still half asleep, he opened his eyes, looked up, and immediately jumped back in surprise when he found himself face-to-face with the donkey.
Moments later, the donkey let out a loud bray and leaned in even closer, sending the boy into an even bigger scream as everyone else burst into laughter.
Sharing the clip, Keli joked, "Mexico travel advisory due to excessive burro body snack hunters."
The hilarious encounter quickly entertained viewers online.
One person commented, "I want a donkey. They are so sweet."
