Watch this clip where a tiny monkey is left stranded on a boat, too frightened to leap to safety until its mother springs into action.
Barbora Civáňová from Lehota, Slovakia, recorded the emotional moment while travelling in Malaysia. Near the water, we see the baby monkey hesitating as it appeared ready to jump but froze in fear.
Instead of waiting on the shore, the adult monkey suddenly bounded onto the boat, swiftly grabbed the little one, and carried it safely back across.
Viewers were quick to react to the heartwarming rescue.
