00:12You start off by highlighting all your channel name like this,
00:15Ctrl-C to copy in a clipboard and paste it somewhere on your workbook.
00:18After that, select your channel name again and then go to Alignments, Merge Cell and Unmerge the cell.
00:25While the columns is still being selected, you're going to press Ctrl-G to open the GoTo window
00:29and click on Special, select Blank, OK.
00:32And after that, you're going to enter this formula called Equal B5
00:35and press Ctrl-Enter to apply the same formula to the rest of the row.
00:39Now all you have to do is copy your previously copied column name like this
