00:00The World Cup's here and everybody's saying use public transit to get to and from MetLife Stadium.
00:06Shouldn't be bad, right? What could possibly go wrong?
00:12We just got to Penn Station in about 15 minutes. That's standard. Not that long.
00:18But according to social media and other reports, this is where the trip gets interesting.
00:26Have your mask tickets up.
00:27Get down. If you don't get stopped, keep on with it.
00:39What were you expecting when you were coming here to Penn Station to get to MetLife Stadium when it comes
00:45to like line, security, all of it?
00:48Chaos. I thought it would be much harder to get onto the train from this point.
00:52I'm still bracing for the worst just in case, but hoping it's going to be this seamless.
00:56All pastures must end this. It comes to all pastures must end this year from World Cup Fair.
01:01Were you expecting more chaos when it came to getting to MetLife Stadium for this match?
01:09Funny enough, I didn't know what to expect because this was the first time I was moving.
01:15Slightly would have said more chaos, but I think it was organized well.
01:19We just got to Secaucus Junction. We're going to transfer here to get to MetLife Stadium.
01:24We're about 50 minutes into the trip and I'm not going to lie, it's a lot easier than what I
01:30initially thought it was going to be.
01:32But we still got to take the train from Secaucus to MetLife, then get in line to get into MetLife
01:39Stadium.
01:39So I'll stay reserved with my opinions just yet, but so far, so good.
01:50It may have taken a little bit longer than what it would take to get into a Jets or Giants
01:56game, but I thought I would be on this train.
01:59Packed with more region and Secaucus fans on the way to MetLife Stadium.
02:04During rush hour, there's actually no one here.
02:11Alright, we just got off the train. We're here at MetLife Stadium.
02:16The official time is one hour, 25 minutes. An hour and 25 minutes to get to MetLife Stadium from the
02:23studio.
02:24Didn't expect it at all. In the rain with the Norwegian and Senegalese fans.
02:29I thought it was going to take at least two hours and 15. We're well below that.
02:33One hour and 25 minutes to get to MetLife.
02:37How long did it take you to get here from the city?
02:41Oh, around the number?
02:43It took us an hour by taxi, and then it took us an hour to walk from Meadowlands Racetracks.
02:57Are you more worried about getting out of here than you were getting in here?
03:02I would say no, because if it's anything like the way getting here, it's going to be easy.
03:10Alright, the match just ended. It was an hour and 25 minutes to get from the studio to MetLife.
03:15Now with 80,000 people with one goal in mind, and that's to get back to the city.
03:21Let's see how long it takes.
03:26Just got back on the train at MetLife Stadium. 21 minutes it took to go from the stadium to get
03:34on the first train to go to Secaucus.
03:36A little bit slower than I thought because everyone was walking so slow, mass lines, but it was smoother than
03:45I thought.
03:45On a scale of 1 to 10, how was the commute here versus the first part of going home?
03:50The commute here was way easier, like by a wide margin.
03:54The first part of going home was like everyone at the same time, but honestly, not so bad, man.
03:58They kind of did not say an 8.
03:598? Yeah, 8.
04:00That's right, I'm probably giving an 8.
04:01It was around, what, 15 minutes to get from MetLife Stadium to Secaucus.
04:09But I'm not going to lie, when we got to Secaucus on the way to MetLife Stadium, it wasn't like
04:15this.
04:15Let's be honest, I'm never getting home.
04:18I didn't really know what to expect, to be honest with you.
04:20You didn't see social media, all the videos saying that it was going to be hell to get to MetLife
04:25Stadium in front.
04:26I did see $100 for a train ticket, and I was like, that's a bit of a robbery.
04:30Finally, on the train at Secaucus Junction, we are on the home stretch.
04:37We are at 53 minutes and counting to get to Penn Station.
04:42It's not as bad as I thought it would be.
04:46It's just a little bit annoying being crammed in public spaces, thousands of people all crammed together.
04:54But at the end of the day, you kind of got to expect some sort of inconvenience.
04:58But as of right now, the trip home isn't as bad or wasn't as bad as it looked.
05:06I hope I don't change myself.
05:11All right, we just got to Penn Station.
05:13Final tally.
05:14About an hour and 25 minutes to get to New Jersey.
05:18And then about an hour and 20 to get to Penn Station.
05:21And you can add on 15 to 20 to get to the studio.
05:26Mass transit is doable to get through a FIFA match.
05:30Now, time to go home.
05:32I'm calling an Uber.
05:33No way I'm taking public transportation for the rest of the night.
05:38There is no way I don't need everybody.
05:38I'm calling an Uber.
05:39We don't care.
05:39We're all back in here.
05:39It's going to be a demo.
05:42Check.
