00:46the most i will say that we uh her birthday was actually saturday but we went out to dinner on
00:51friday to a restaurant called locket which is the same owned by the same um company that owns open
00:58road and metropolitan hospitality and it's down in roslin tyler yes tyler locket yeah anyway it's
01:05called locket because it's attached to a hotel called the key it's the key it's the hilton key
01:11it's right off the key bridge right down there in in roslin yeah um fantastic restaurant went there
01:18had dinner but on the on the 36th floor you could go up to the 36th floor of the hotel
01:23yeah and it's
01:24just a big conference area and it's got a 360 uh view of the city oh that's cool it's pretty

01:32yeah it's very cool so we did that now it's not the it's not a restaurant that like slowly rotates
01:38is it doesn't rotate okay you just you have to walk it okay got it what's the name of that

01:42in vegas i went one of my buddies oh yeah yeah one of my buddies got married in vegas is

01:49stratosphere maybe that's it stratosphere and then his rehearsal dinner or whatever you call it it was
01:54yeah you know a small little wedding like 20 people and then we had a dinner at stratosphere
01:59and it rotates around this is the equivalent this is dc's uh stratosphere yeah except for it doesn't
02:04rotate nice you have to walk it that's your rotation but it was it's just that's a really cool view

02:13arlington you can see every part of the city did you order chicken did you go off board i ordered

02:26little discount but no i had to go pocket for some of it and my man marco who was our

02:36anyway um polo there yeah i didn't see polo but that's what we did on friday night and then uh
02:41saturday uh had a birthday party neighborhood birthday party to go to and horse and then just
02:47chilled for the most part watched watched some golf watched some world cup watched some uh some nats
02:54so saturday was kind of chill yeah mar said that and he'd be with the disdain goes i'm a dad
03:01and i totally related because i had two swim meets not one two so that's all saturday morning
03:09in poolsville maryland all sunday morning in poolsville maryland again got home for a little
03:16bit then had to drive to alexandria for a soccer game it doesn't leave that much time got young kids
03:21and activities that's going to be that's going to take up the bulk of your weekend but i gotta tell

03:26i started watching i will find you on netflix god i have not found that whatever that is a harlan
03:34cobin i will find series okay apparently harlan cobin has written a bunch of books
03:41and netflix has turned some of these books into series they usually have to do with either
03:46the kid being lost somebody being killed and then there's twists and turns yeah
03:51i'm the opposite of jason jason goes to bed early i've struggled with discipline your night
03:57out throughout the history of this morning show i stayed up until about 2 30 on friday just mowing
04:05through shows 30 a.m eight episodes i finished it over the weekend i just can't i can't relate
04:112 30 a.m there's a good show i got sucked in my wife's sleeping i don't care how i

04:22do you get up the next day i got up at 6 45 because we had to leave for a

04:32he doesn't care he disrespects sleep always go to sleep on time and i can't remember what world cup
04:37games were on friday because i probably started that series at 10 p.m i can't remember which day this
04:43was but the the trotty was the tournament that i entered the world cup tournament i entered that
04:47i have no chance of winning but it's got a huge prize at the end you need to pick four
04:52teams to
04:53go through from the first round and i got my first three through okay and i was all i had
04:58to do was i
04:58was probably pick powers there right no no you pick you pick teams you think have a good chance to

05:03but you don't want to burn the powers because you gotta okay have them alive it's essentially a
05:08survivorful so i picked ivory coast i picked austria and i picked two others three went through
05:15right the only thing it was just hinging on austria playing i think it was was it algeria drop
05:21it was the austria algeria saturday night so basically they were playing for the chance to
05:27advance and if austria lost iran would would advance correct and it sounded like they had like a
05:34like had a gentleman's agreement to try to play for a tie but then i think algeria scored late
05:42like with 90 92 minutes in made it three two yeah i have austria if austria loses i'm bone right

05:50team of four doesn't go through i'm eliminated from the contest and then austria scores in like
05:56the 95th plus minute on a header it was absurd hooked to tie it iran they said you know what

06:46then you have the penalty kick shootout yeah i was trying to look to see where the schedules were
06:51because the heat is going to be so bad especially in the you know from the middle of the country

07:00going to be brutal um so i was trying to see where the the games were going to be or

07:06and i didn't see many of them i mean the ones that were on the east coast or in the

07:16out there on the west coast but the heat is going to be brutal they're talking about 107
07:20to 110 degree heat index on thursday and friday i was supposed to play golf i took both days
07:27wednesday and thursday yeah you duffed by heat you're out well my buddy said yeah you know what
07:31that's a great call we're not gonna we would have we would have zero fun if we played yeah
